WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

DO I REALLY NEED TO GIVE MY PET HEARTWORM PREVENTION YEAR-ROUND?
Heartworm disease is especially prevalent in our geographic area. If left untreated, it can be fatal and as of yet there is no known approved treatment for cats. Monthly preventative is the best course of action to help prevent infection.
WHY DOES MY PET NEED PRE-ANESTHETIC BLOODWORK?
Surgery can be difficult for pets. This is why we give your pet a head-to-toe examination to include pre-anesthetic blood work screening. This will help us make sure your pet is healthy enough to undergo surgery.

CAN YOU PRESCRIBE MY PET MEDICATION?
Pet examinations are very important – they provide important clues into your pet’s overall heath and underlying issues. In order for us to prescribe medication for your pet, you must be a client of Cloquet Animal Hospital with an established medical history for your pet.
